Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network access and international route subscription services provided by PzVPN. By visiting this site, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules.
Service Content and Scope
PzVPN provides network access services for cross-border use, currently covering 120+ countries / 190+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, traffic management, route access, client downloads, and basic subscription support. Available routes, access methods, and client entry points are subject to the information shown in the user panel.
Actual connection performance on international routes may be affected by the user's location network, access provider, device environment, target service status, and route scheduling. PzVPN may change route entry points and technical solutions due to network maintenance, capacity planning, security requirements, or service adjustments, but this will not change the traffic terms of an already activated plan.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription links, and user panel access, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or a subscription is used by someone else, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.
This service has no device-count limit. Users may connect devices they control and use regularly, but “no device-count limit” does not permit a subscription to be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Copying or distributing subscription links without permission, providing connection access to others in bulk, or splitting a plan for commercial purposes violates the subscription scope. Users must not use automation to occupy route resources abnormally or disrupt other users' normal connections.
Plans, Traffic, and Payments
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and total charge before completing payment.
This site supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If payment is delayed because of payment-channel status, user actions, or incomplete order information, the order result shown in the user panel will prevail; the same order should not be paid more than once. The conditions, scope, and process for refunds are set out in the separate Refund Policy.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and may use the service only for lawful network access, work collaboration, information research, content browsing, and personal communications. Using the service for fraud, infringement of others' rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, interference with network operations, abusive messaging, or other unlawful activity is prohibited.
Users must not test, scan, or attack PzVPN systems, routes, or related infrastructure; evade account permissions; interfere with billing logic; modify clients to obtain unauthorized capabilities; or continuously occupy resources in a way that may cause route congestion or service disruption. When required to cooperate with valid legal procedures, PzVPN will handle related matters to the extent required by applicable law.
Service Availability and Liability
PzVPN continuously maintains its service infrastructure, but does not promise that routes will perform identically in every region, network environment, or target service at all times. Planned maintenance, temporary faults, upstream network changes, device-system limitations, third-party service adjustments, natural disasters, and other events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, route changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
Users should keep their own copies of important data and confirm connection status before carrying out critical work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PzVPN is not responsible for losses caused by device configuration, poor protection of account credentials, changes to third-party platform rules, local access network failures, or a user's violation of these terms. The principles governing privacy information are set out separately in the Privacy Policy.
Restrictions, Termination, and Changes
If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource occupation, attacks on service infrastructure, interference with billing, or another serious violation of these terms, PzVPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. When temporary restrictions are imposed to protect account or service security, users may submit the necessary explanation through the support-ticket entry in the user panel.
PzVPN may revise these terms because of legal requirements, changes to service scope, or operational rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the update date at the top will be changed accordingly. Significant changes affecting users' core rights or obligations will be highlighted in a visible site notice. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If users disagree, they should stop using the service and properly handle any unused subscription entitlement.
