Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data PzVPN processes when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how users can request access or deletion.

1. Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the PzVPN marketing site, user panel, subscription services and related support processes. Data processing is limited to providing services, maintaining accounts, completing orders, securing system operations and meeting necessary obligations. PzVPN limits data collection by purpose and does not sell account information obtained through subscription services.

Third-party websites and applications have their own privacy rules. PzVPN cannot control how third parties collect or use data. Users should review the relevant privacy information before submitting data or using their features.

2. Account Data and Order Records

Creating an account requires only a username and password, with no email address needed. The username identifies the account, while password credentials support authentication and access control. Users should keep their login details secure. If an account shows unusual access or credentials are lost, a support request can be submitted through the user panel.

When purchasing a subscription or data package, PzVPN processes the order identifier, selected item, amount due, payment method, transaction status, activation status, summarized data usage and necessary after-sales records. This information is used to deliver services, verify payments, handle plan changes, process refunds, resolve disputes and maintain accounting records.

Support tickets may contain titles, problem descriptions, attachments and correspondence submitted by users. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue. These records are used only to investigate problems, respond to requests and retain necessary service records.

3. Network Activity and No-Logs Policy

PzVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, communications, DNS query history or destination lists that could reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not create activity profiles linking accounts to browsing content.

To verify subscription status, enforce data allowances and maintain connections, the system may process whether an account is valid, plan status, summarized usage and temporary technical status required for the current session. This information supports service delivery and does not include the content users access. Temporary status generated while a connection is established and running is not retained as account-linked connection activity logs after it is no longer needed to maintain the session or investigate an active fault.

If a user voluntarily submits troubleshooting information, PzVPN uses the relevant technical data only to the extent necessary to handle that request. After the issue is resolved, users may request deletion of attachments or descriptions they submitted that are no longer needed.

4. Usage Analytics, Cookies and Local Storage

When visiting this site, servers and analytics functions may process the request time, page path, referring page, browser type, device category, network address, approximate region and error information. These details help determine whether pages load correctly, analyze content access trends, detect unusual requests and fix compatibility issues. Aggregated or de-identified results may be used to maintain the site.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to retain login sessions, language preferences, interface state and necessary security verification information. Disabling required storage may prevent login sessions from being maintained, account status from being read or certain features from working properly. This site does not use these storage mechanisms to create cross-site advertising profiles.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, saved login status and preferences may expire at the same time, requiring users to log in again or select the relevant settings again.

5. Payments, Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

PzVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment channel under its own rules, and the data involved may vary by method. PzVPN receives the transaction identifier, amount and payment status needed to complete orders and provide after-sales support. Information collected directly by payment channels is governed by their privacy policies and service terms.

Account data is generally retained while the account remains active. Orders, transaction status and after-sales records are retained for as long as needed to complete services, resolve disputes and meet necessary accounting requirements. Usage analytics are deleted, aggregated or de-identified after aggregation, analysis or troubleshooting is complete. Ticket content is cleared after the request is handled and necessary service records are retained. Where required by law, relevant information may be kept for the required period.

Users can log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to access, correct or request deletion of account-related data. Deletion requests are handled after account ownership is verified. Aggregated data that has been de-identified and can no longer be linked to a specific user, along with order records that must be retained by law, is not affected by general deletion requests. Deleting an account may also end the related subscription and service access, so please save any information still needed before submitting a request.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. If a change materially affects processing purposes or user rights, PzVPN will provide notice through available on-site channels. Users can review the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
