PREPARE

Before you start, review the process

The complete process has four parts: account, plan, subscription, and client. The account gets you into the user panel; the plan determines your available data; the subscription link delivers route information from the panel to the client; and the client updates routes, establishes connections, and switches exits. Following this order avoids repeatedly adjusting the client before obtaining a subscription and helps keep login credentials separate from the subscription link.

Before you begin, choose your primary platform and prepare a browser that can open the user panel normally. PzVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux with unlimited devices. This page covers the basic import paths for common platforms; protocol differences, route topology, and more detailed route-selection guidance are available in Route and Protocol Technical Reference. There is no need to study every detail during basic setup.

ACCOUNT

Create an account and open the panel

Open the account creation page, enter the username you plan to use long term, and set a password. No email address is required for PzVPN account creation; your username and password are the credentials for the user panel. Check the spelling of your username before submitting, and save the password in a reliable password manager. Because no email address is involved, there are fewer verification options if you forget your credentials, so secure storage is safer than relying on memory.

After successful submission, the page will open the user panel or prompt you to sign in with your new credentials. Once signed in, check the account overview to confirm that it shows the account you just created. There is no need to look for client settings yet, and you should not copy a supposed subscription address from chat logs, forum posts, or other pages. The subscription entry for this account is provided only in the user panel and is linked to the status of plans purchased later.

If the account creation page says the username is already in use, choose another name that is easy for you to recognize and submit again. If the panel does not open normally, return to the sign-in entry and use the username and password you just set. If you still cannot get in, first rule out common causes such as a browser extension blocking page scripts or cached old state, then check the Account and subscriptions section in the Help Center.

Next: choose a data plan Open the plans page after creating the account; the order will be assigned to the account currently signed in.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place your order

Open the plans page in the user panel and first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly with relatively stable monthly needs, choose a monthly subscription by data allowance. If your usage is irregular, compare the data packages instead.

After selecting a plan, confirm the displayed plan name, data allowance, and amount due before proceeding to order confirmation. PzVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order again; return to the account overview first and check whether the plan status has updated. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, confirm the current and target plans on the order page so the upgrade is not mistaken for a separate new subscription.

All plans support unlimited devices, so device count does not need to determine your choice. More useful criteria are your approximate monthly data use, whether usage is continuous, and whether you want data to remain available long term. On your first selection, there is no need to commit to a long-term allowance based on an uncertain estimate. All plans include a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy for the application process and applicable limits.

Return to the account overview after payment Once the plan is active, the panel will provide subscription details linked to your account.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription from the user panel

Open the account overview and find the copy-subscription or client-import option in the subscription details section. Depending on your device, the page may show a recommended import method or a universal subscription link first. After choosing Copy, the link will be placed on your system clipboard. Open the client for the relevant platform and import it directly; do not paste the link into a search engine, public document, or intermediary page.

The subscription link is part of your account credentials. The client uses it to obtain available routes and future updates. It is not the website address and should not be forwarded to anyone else. To illustrate the format, this guide can use only an obvious dummy value such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; the example cannot connect to PzVPN and contains no real account information. In actual use, copy only the content currently shown in the user panel.

If the subscription entry does not appear on the overview page yet, check the plan status first rather than constructing an address yourself. After payment, refresh the account overview and confirm that the order is complete. If the plan is active but the entry is still missing, submit an issue through the panel’s support ticket area. Do not paste the full subscription link into the ticket; your account status, platform, and the page message you see are usually enough to locate the problem.

CLIENT

Import your subscription on each platform

Get the client from the download page in the user panel. After signing in and confirming that your plan is active, the panel will show the site’s client and the relevant entry point; this guide does not provide static installer URLs. Once installation is complete, make sure the client starts normally, then follow the platform-specific instructions below to find the subscription entry. A successful import is indicated by a route list appearing in the client, not merely a line of link text.

Windows client

In Windows, launch the client obtained from the user panel and open its subscription management, configuration management, or remote configuration area. Choose Import from URL. Paste the subscription link copied from the panel into the address field, save it, and run an update. When the route list appears, choose the target region, then enable the system proxy or connection switch. When Windows first requests network permission, confirm that the prompt comes from the client you just launched before allowing the required connection.

If the list is empty after importing, return to subscription management and run an update instead of creating several identical subscriptions. Duplicate entries make later switching and troubleshooting confusing. If the update still returns nothing, check for extra spaces in the pasted content or verify that you did not mistake the user panel URL for the subscription link.

macOS client

In the macOS client, open the configuration or subscription page, choose Add Remote Subscription, and paste the link from the panel. Save and update the routes, then choose a route and start the connection from the menu bar or the client’s main window. macOS may ask you to add a network configuration or grant a related permission; these are system steps required for the client to manage the network connection. After granting permission, return to the client and continue. Do not add another configuration with the same name in System Settings.

If you previously denied a system permission, the client may show routes but fail to connect. Follow the client’s prompt into System Settings, find the relevant network extension or configuration authorization, and then return to the client and try again. For more detailed permission-panel guidance, see the complete macOS setup guide from scratch.

Android client

In the Android client’s home screen or side menu, find the subscription, configuration, or profile section and choose Add via link. Paste the subscription, give it a recognizable name, save it, and tap Update. Return to the route page, choose the target region, and start the connection. Android will show a network-connection permission dialog; confirm it, and the client status should change to Connected.

Some systems restrict network apps running in the background for long periods. If the connection frequently drops after the screen locks, check background activity and battery-management policies in the system app settings, but do not run multiple similar clients at once. When several clients compete for the system network configuration, a common symptom is that the switch appears enabled while traffic does not actually use the selected route.

iOS client

On iOS, first confirm the compatible client in the user panel, then use the entry provided there to open the relevant download page. Open the client, go to its subscription or configuration page, choose Add from link, and paste the subscription. Save and update, then choose a route and start the connection. The first time it is enabled, iOS will ask permission to add a network configuration; the client cannot establish the connection until you confirm.

If the client does not recognize the link after you copy it from the panel, choose Import from URL inside the client first and then paste the content instead of opening it in the browser’s address bar. After importing, return to the subscription list and check the update time to confirm that the route data comes from the current account’s active subscription.

Linux users should also get the compatible client and subscription from the user panel. Because desktop environments, permission models, and proxy handoff methods vary widely, this page does not cover command-line configuration. To compare graphical clients, system proxies, and protocol resource usage, continue with the Route and Protocol Technical Reference.

CONNECT

Connect to a route and verify it works

After the subscription update completes, choose a route based on your actual goal. For content specific to a region, choose the relevant country or region; for ordinary websites and collaboration tools, a geographically closer route is usually a good starting point. PzVPN covers 120+ countries / 190+ routes, with route names and types shown after the client updates the subscription. During basic use, there is no need to change protocols frequently. Start with the client’s recommended configuration, then adjust the route based on actual performance.

After enabling the connection switch, wait until the client clearly shows Connected before opening the website or app you want to use. Verify with a newly opened page so the browser does not continue displaying cached content from before the connection. If the service loads normally and its regional content matches the selected route, you can continue. Once verified, do not switch through multiple nodes simply to chase visible changes; using one route that meets your needs generally makes real performance easier to assess.

If the page still shows the pre-connection state, fully refresh it or close and reopen the app. If it still does not work, return to the client and confirm that the selected route is one of those in the subscription you just imported, then check that the system proxy or connection switch is enabled. Browser proxy extensions, other networking tools, and the current client can alter the traffic path when used together, so keep only the current client active while troubleshooting.

CHECK

Troubleshooting common issues in order

When import fails, first confirm that you copied the subscription link from the account overview, not the sign-in page, plans page, or a sample address. Then check for spaces accidentally added before or after the link. If import succeeds but no routes appear, manually update the subscription in the client. If routes appear but the connection fails, check system permissions, the connection switch, and whether another client is also managing the network.

If the connection is established but the target service loads unreliably, try another route in the same region first, then compare a nearby region. Peak-hour congestion, the target site’s own status, and local network fluctuations can all affect the experience, so do not judge every route from a single page load. To understand how direct routes, relays, and IEPL dedicated lines affect latency and stability, read the route topology guide.

If the issue persists, visit the Connections and troubleshooting section in the Help Center and continue by platform and symptom. When submitting a ticket, state the platform, the client status, the selected route region, and the steps already tried. Do not include the full subscription link or password. A clear description of the symptoms is more useful than repeatedly changing settings.
