Account & Subscriptions
Account creation, subscription security, configuration refreshes, and device changes. Subscription links are access credentials and should never appear in public content.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. The username identifies your account, while the password lets you sign in to the user panel. Save both securely after registration, avoid staying signed in on public devices, and never share your account credentials or subscription link with others.
Where can I find my subscription link?
After signing in to the user panel, find your current subscription details under the client and subscription section. A subscription link is an account credential, so copy it directly into a supported client rather than posting it in group chats, forums, or public documents. If the link has been exposed, update the subscription details in the user panel and import it again.
What should I do after updating my subscription link?
First, use the client’s update subscription or refresh configuration option. If it still shows old routes, remove the existing subscription, copy the current link from the user panel, and import it again. Then select a route and connect. Switching routes alone does not replace a subscription update, because old configurations do not receive later changes automatically.
Do I need to buy again when I switch devices?
You do not need to buy again when changing devices. PzVPN supports unlimited devices, so you can sign in and import the same account subscription on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. When switching devices, simply obtain the client and subscription again, while continuing to keep your account information private.
What should I do if I forget my username or password?
Because registration does not require an email address, save your username and password when creating the account. If you can still access the user panel, check your account details and update your login credentials. If you can no longer sign in, use the ticket option in the user panel to provide order details that can be verified. Never submit your password or complete subscription link on a public page.
Connections & Troubleshooting
First distinguish between local network issues, system permissions, client configuration, and a problem affecting one app before deciding whether to switch routes or reimport the subscription.
Why does the client say it is connected while one app still cannot be reached?
First check whether the app follows the system network settings. Some apps use a separate network stack, built-in DNS resolution, or their own connection rules, so they may not automatically use the current proxy. Fully quit and reopen the app, check the client’s global or rule mode, and make sure the target domain has not been mistakenly set to bypass the proxy.
How can I troubleshoot a failure to connect through every route?
First confirm that your local network can open commonly used websites normally. Then refresh the subscription and select a route again. Check the system time, client permissions, and whether local security software is blocking the connection. You can also switch networks and test again. If every route fails on multiple networks, submit the client name, platform, and error message through a ticket.
Why can’t I connect after successfully importing the subscription on a new device?
A new device may need network extension, virtual network interface, or background execution permissions granted again. Successful import only means the client read the configuration; it does not mean the system allows a connection to be established. Return to the system permissions page, confirm the relevant settings, restart the client, and select a route. Do not replace subscription import by copying local configuration files from an old device.
What should I do if the client says the configuration has expired or the subscription is unavailable?
Sign in to the user panel and check the status of your plan or data package, then copy the current subscription link. Delete the expired subscription in the client, import it again, and refresh the route list. Do not copy extra spaces or edit the link manually. If the panel shows a normal status but updating still fails, submit the error message through a ticket.
What should I check if the client stops connecting after a system update?
A system update may require network extension, virtual interface, or background execution permissions to be confirmed again. Open system settings and check the relevant permissions, then quit and restart the client. If the old configuration still reports an error, refresh the subscription and reconnect. If necessary, obtain the client for your current platform from the user panel, rather than installing an alternative version from an unknown source.
Speed & Routes
Route selection should account for the destination region, current network, and specific app. A single speed test cannot replace observing stability during continued use.
What should I do if connections become slow during peak hours?
Pause any large file transfers first, then switch to another route in the same destination region. The closest route is not always the best choice for a particular app; cross-border performance is also affected by local access, carrier routing, and the destination service’s entry point. Refresh the subscription to ensure the route list is current, then test websites, video, or work apps separately.
Should I choose a node by country or by route type?
Start by choosing the country or city where the target service is located, then compare route types. For everyday browsing, try an entry point that is geographically closer. Remote work and sustained transfers benefit more from peak-time stability, while streaming and AI tools should use a route matching the target service’s region. Judge the final choice by actual app performance.
Why does the same route perform at different speeds on different devices?
Device performance, wireless quality, background tasks, client implementation, and the local access path can all affect results. For troubleshooting, connect both devices to the same network, stop bandwidth-heavy sync tasks, and use the same route and connection mode. If the difference remains significant, check power-saving settings and whether the client has full background permissions.
What should I do if streaming opens but playback is unstable?
First make sure the selected route region matches the target catalog, then stop background downloads and cloud sync. After switching routes, fully quit and reopen the streaming app so it does not continue using its previous regional cache. If the website loads but playback remains unstable, try another route in the same region and check for fluctuations in the local wireless network.
How can I troubleshoot an AI tool that loads but does not respond to requests?
First confirm that the account session is valid, then switch to a route matching the service’s entry region. Some requests maintain long-lived connections, and a brief local network change can interrupt the session. Refresh the page and submit again, and temporarily disable browser extensions that modify web requests. If only one service is affected, check that service’s own status as well.
Which regions and platforms does PzVPN support?
PzVPN offers 120+ countries / 190+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. In practice, choose a route based on the target service’s region, your current network, and the app type. Get the client and subscription by signing in to the user panel; this static Help Center does not provide installation packages or live subscription addresses.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data models. Before purchasing or upgrading, confirm your usage frequency and current account status.
What monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on actual usage from browsing, video, file transfers, and multiple devices rather than device count alone, since every tier supports unlimited devices.
Does a data package reset each month?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They differ from monthly subscriptions, which reset on the activation date, and suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume a fixed total amount of data. Check the plans page to confirm the billing model you need before purchasing.
How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Before upgrading, review your current plan and available tiers in the user panel, then decide based on your upcoming data needs. Data still resets monthly on the activation date; do not confuse this rule with data packages that never expire.
Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, with a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, submit an application through the ticket option in the user panel and keep the relevant order details available for verification. See the refund policy page for eligibility and handling. Do not disclose your account password or complete subscription link before submitting.
