BILLING FAQ
Billing and Refunds FAQ
The following answers cover data resets, upgrades, devices, payments, and refunds. For order status, rely on the records shown in the signed-in user panel.
When does monthly plan data reset?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. The reset date follows the actual activation date rather than a fixed calendar-month schedule. Before choosing a monthly plan, assess your ongoing usage against 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB.
How is a monthly plan upgrade calculated?
For an upgrade during the current term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before submitting, verify the current plan, target plan, and displayed upgrade result in the user panel; an upgrade is not an additional independent billing period.
Does a data pack reset every month?
No. Data packs remain valid until depleted and never expire; they do not follow the regular reset schedule of monthly plans. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB data packs all follow this validity rule.
How many devices can use the same plan?
PzVPN supports unlimited devices on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Devices share the data allowance in the selected plan, so choose a suitable option based on total usage when connecting multiple devices.
Which payment methods does PzVPN support?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After choosing a plan in the user panel, review the available methods and payment details on the confirmation page. Once payment is complete, check the plan status, client, and subscription from the panel.
Are the plans refundable?
PzVPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Review the refund policy and submit the relevant order details through the user panel. Monthly plans and data packs use different billing rules, so identify the plan type associated with the order when submitting.
